Pat Norton, Owner and Lead Technican, has been an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician for the past two years. By passing two certifcation exams, one for Macintosh OSX and one for Macintosh Hardware Troubleshooting, he is certified by Apple Computer to perform Warranty Repairs.
SamSERV is unfortunately not currently an authorized Apple Service Center but we can still keep your Macintosh equipment running smoothly. However, we cannot provide warranty covered service.
